Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for the items you have purchased. During this period, you may request a size exchange or a refund.All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories included. Claims that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or only partially approved.
Please contact us and submit your request.In the following days, our customer service team will contact you to review your case individually.
During this process, you will be asked to provide video evidence showing the product in perfect condition or clearly demonstrating the reported issue.
Once the exchange has been authorised, you must send the product to the address we provide (this may vary depending on the supplier). In some cases, the return postage costs are covered by the supplier; in others, the customer is responsible for the postage costs.
After posting the item, please email us the following information:
Sender’s name (the customer making the claim) and order number
Tracking number and/or proof of payment for the postage
Claims that do not include this information will not be processed.
If an item is faulty or malfunctions from the outset, we offer a 24-month warranty covering all products.
You may exchange the faulty item for a new one or choose alternative products, provided the value does not exceed that of the original.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all accessories supplied. Otherwise, the warranty claim may be refused.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
Physical damage caused by external factors, such as fire, exposure to water, electrical surges, extreme temperatures or humidity, or improper handling (e.g. knocks, drops, dirt, etc.).
Normal wear and tear resulting from normal use.

If you decide to exchange an item from your order, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, any product that has been used and/or shows signs of contamination will be rejected.
