By purchasing from us, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.

Shipping

At Bianca Wear, we strive every day to improve your shopping experience and make you feel at home when shopping with us.

We will soon be introducing an express delivery service so that you can receive your orders as quickly as possible, without paying any additional shipping charges.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Premium Shipping on orders over £39.00
  • Priority Shipping + Eco-Friendly Delivery + Tracking: £6.99
  • Standard Shipping: £4.00

To ensure our customers’ peace of mind, all shipments include Shipping Insurance as standard. This coverage protects against loss, breakage, damage, or theft during transit. The insurance becomes active from the moment the order is placed and remains valid until the order has been successfully delivered and received in satisfactory condition.

We are committed to providing a safe and convenient shopping experience by offering reliable delivery options and insurance coverage to protect your purchases while in transit.

Delivery Times

In order to keep our product prices competitive, we work directly with manufacturers and do not rely on intermediaries. As a result, many of our products are processed and dispatched directly from our manufacturing partners.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on the delivery city and region

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information. We kindly ask for your patience and encourage you to monitor your inbox for updates.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Once your order arrives in the destination country, import taxes, customs duties and other charges may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Payment of any such duties, taxes or fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Bianca Wear. For further information regarding potential charges, please contact your local customs office.

Transactions in Other Currencies

If your credit or debit card account is held in a currency other than pounds sterling (£), the exchange rate applied may differ from the rate displayed on our website, depending on your bank’s exchange rate policies.

Your bank or card provider may also charge foreign transaction fees. These charges are determined solely by your financial institution. Bianca Wear accepts no responsibility for any fees imposed by your bank or card provider. For further details, please contact your bank directly.

Packaging and Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. As a result, you may not receive all products at the same time.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at info@biancawear.com with the word “Shipping” in the subject line, and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
